UPDATE 05/05/2020 - After a few months the noise from the right earbud almost completely disappeared. The left one also started to fail, so I contacted support. They sent me another set. They worked fine, but a few months later the same thing happens. I am so disappointed! They started great but clearly have some defect. First Review - Overall I like these headphones. I'm a little concerned that the right one isn't as loud as the left one anymore. I always wear one when I'm at work. There is now a noticeable difference between the right and left sound levels. Otherwise I had no complaints.
