Have been using this product for several years. generally satisfied until recently. Over time, the company decided to stop supporting desktop applications for MAC or WINDOWS and instead pushed you to use its cloud-based software solution. You can still use the desktop app (older software it says) but there is no support and on 1 MAC and 2 different PCs I keep getting "Neat Has Stopped Working". The cheapest option was an annual subscription, which cost $80. What a disappointment. In fact, the company has devised a plan to lure millions of customers into a trap. You still have the desktop app (sort of) but are forced to buy their monthly subscription program.
