Diets If your goal is to stay lean and build muscle, the calorie count is reasonable and contains virtually no sugar - no fat, lactose, soy, fakes or additives to defeat the purpose of the product. If you're a woman already consuming soy fewer calories and/or fats, more soy puts you at risk of hormonal imbalance - mixes easily and goes great with citrus fruits (pineapple, frozen tangerine, etc.) or good ol' strawberries and bananas, if you've tried enough brands, you know that some powders can go bad if you add even one banana, or you can't get the powdery flavor out of them. Note: With any high-protein diet, be sure to drink plenty of water to avoid bloating.
