Fits exhaust ports but not pipe

I was trying to install this part and found the o-ring retaining flange was not parallel to the extended exhaust pipe. The manifold would need a lot of sharpening to fit properly. Not what I expect from a replacement. Also, the inner diameter of the tube casting is 3-4mm larger than that of the stem. Don't expect usable details and fit.
