I bought these because a link said 'new model' directed me to them whilst browsing another pair I already have and was about to to buy more. However, the Model I has a mic and they DO NOT, which is one of the main things we use them for. When I tried to return them I was told I would pay a $5.99 restocking fee via the returns page. Overall I would NOT recommend them for the price and lack of a mic. For older kids they need a mic and for younger kids I would buy a pair with volume limiters so kids don't use sounds that are too loud for their eardrums which they don't have either. I'm very disappointed and wish Amazon hadn't posted a 'View Newer Model Here' link for something that doesn't even compare to the model you're looking at.
