What they don't tell you is that the supplied fuse tabs don't work on many Ford F150s. I spent quite a bit of time trying to find the right fuse. I finally found this Glarks 12V 5 Pack Auto Add-A-Circuit Fuse Adapter TAP Mini ATM APM Blade Fuse Holder with 120pcs 2A 3A 5A 7.5A 10A 15A 20A 25A 30A 35A Fuse Kit total 130pcs on Revain. Note: Make sure the fuse tap has the correct connection. Most have a crimp on the connector that is not connected to the camera. The install didn't go too bad once I got the fuse taps set correctly. I did not connect the camera to the reversing light. Seemingly extra work and I can see the backup lines at any time just by swiping my finger across the screen. I'm still learning how to use it. The wide field of view is good, but objects look MUCH further away than they really are. I like the night view but it gets washed out by the headlights. Because the camera is mounted low above the license plate, the image looks like water splashing in the rain. During the day I often turn it off and only use the mirror because of the glare. When it's off during the day, the mirror's tint is quite dark. A bit annoying is that the mirror screen often does not turn on. It seems to work better if I switch the ignition to ACC and wait for the screen to light up before starting the engine. This trick also does not work at high temperatures. Unfortunately I live in Texas. I also had to replace the camera myself. The first thing they sent was very blurry. On a positive note, the technical support works very well. A bit slow because the technical support is in China.
