EXCELLENT PURCHASE! My review

Use this under future pageant attire to add fluff! It's so soft and has an adjustable buttoned waist (like baby jeans at the waist), my 15 month old wears it with no problem.

Pros

I bought another one, this petticoat was perfect! Got her little dress speckled the way it's supposed to be!

Cons

Can be uncomfortable if worn for a long time.
