Not suitable. Not even close. The kit does not come with a thick pad as in the picture and only has 2 rubber pads for sealing I think. I have to cut the screw to make it work. None of the supplied screws fit my antenna, even though it says "Chevrolet" in the name. Only this long screw fits and I have to shorten it again. Just spend the extra money and buy The Stubby. It just wasn't worth the money saved.
