Worked twice then broke. The plastic gear split in half. I called the warranty department because they said it had a 1 year warranty through Revain Prime and I bought a 3 year protection plan but since it was after the first month they didn't offer any warranty or refund. The protection plan does not cover defective parts, only non-functioning ones. After an hour on the phone with 3 Revain customer service reps they said the only option for me was to send it back and pay the restocking fee and then they could fix it which would take weeks. I found it on site.
