Review on 🐠 Insputer Aquarium Air Pump: Adjustable Valve for Fish Tank, Bubbler Stone Check Valve | Up to 1-80 Gallon Tank by Heidi Davis

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice pump (2 outlets)

This is a solid pump that looks well made and comes with two approx 2 foot hoses (give or take) and two vents. The snorkel is pretty good, it's a soft type a little thicker than a thin stiff line. I'm not sure if it lasts as long as the other snorkel type, but I don't see any reason why it won't last as long. Time. The stones are pretty much standard air stones, no complaints and they work as they should. The problem I have is with the adjustment knob on the back of the device. It has settings ranging from low to high, there is a difference but not as significant as one might expect. It's noticeable, but the biggest difference I've found is the sound. Don't get me wrong, it moves a lot of air, especially if you have fish that like slower water like the bantams. When it's on, it moves enough air to keep the water moving at the top of the tank. I installed it in a 20 gallon tank with a dual sponge filter, an angled sponge with a center filter and an air stone sliding divider. So it has a lot of power and works great just make sure you have what you need to install the pump as it can be a bit noisy. It's not as loud as other pumps I've had, but not the quietest either. I use it in my bedroom so the noise is more of a concern, if it was in another room you would never know it was there. for money.
