I love the effectiveness of brown sheets and oh that rustling sound is really comforting. The sheets come out of the box very easily, but I wish the cardboard box was a little stronger. The problem is that in most cases the paper will brown so much that it smells burnt. I also once placed it in the pan about 1/2 inch below a pizza on a baking rack and the pizza crust was raw even though the top was toasted. A normal product, but we advise you not to use it at temperatures above 325 degrees to avoid browning the paper so much that it smells burnt.
