I love these parchment sheets!

Excellent parchment paper! I like sheets that are pre-cut. They're the perfect size for wrapping a sandwich or lining any pan you want. Provides nonstick, toxic-free cooking and quick cleanup. It's also cheaper than the roll I bought at Wal-Mart. The only problem is finding the right place to store large, flat sheets of paper. Luckily I have a drawer that fits perfectly. I will buy again and again.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Great brown parchment sheets

I love using these parchment sheets to line baking sheets when baking. Sheets lay flat saving time versus rolled parchment paper. This is my first time using sheets of parchment and I will never go back to rolled parchment. They are easy to use and make cleaning easier. The cake doesn't burn. What's also great is that you can cut these sheets of parchment into smaller sizes and wrap them with fondant or homemade cookie dough. Recommendation for amateur cooks!

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • boring packaging

Very easy to use in baking tools and supplies

I've been using parchment for years but getting the right size off a roll has been a gamble and paper always curls - not the end of the world but still a step to fold the long edges over to keep them in place. I also bought baker's parchment - excellent quality, but I had to tear each one in half to use with baking sheets the size of a domestic oven. They are a great size, lay flat, tear easily when a smaller size is needed. A little lighter than some, but perfect even for roasted vegetables.

Pros
  • As everything before
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish

Paper brown and smelling

I love the effectiveness of brown sheets and oh that rustling sound is really comforting. The sheets come out of the box very easily, but I wish the cardboard box was a little stronger. The problem is that in most cases the paper will brown so much that it smells burnt. I also once placed it in the pan about 1/2 inch below a pizza on a baking rack and the pizza crust was raw even though the top was toasted. A normal product, but we advise you not to use it at temperatures above 325 degrees to…

Use parchment paper instead of cooking spray!

A few years ago I started lining pans with parchment paper - can't believe I didn't use it all the time! I love pre-made sheets. They are so easy to use that there is literally NO cleaning involved. I take one, lay out the pan, boil or heat it up, just discard the sheet and remove the pan. The only time I have to wash the pan is when I'm cooking bacon, but even then the parchment paper catches most of the grease, making cleanup that much easier. I'm a fan and I saved money and time by turning…

THE BEST PAPER FOR BAKING!

I like this paper. I used it straight away in the oven on my baking sheet and I have to say it worked better than the white parchment. From now on this will be my path to parchment paper. Also use it in my workshop and it's so great I add it as paper to my homemade covers and bags for my scrapbooks and magazines and it's so pretty. Has the right thickness to add to my paper and I love the sound it makes as I work with it and when I'm done. So vintage for creativity. Like I said, this is my new…
