This was an amazing refurbished product from Revain. While still expensive for what it costs, it turned out to be brand new. Apparently the box was quite damaged when it got to the last buyer so it was sent back quickly. It was then sold to Revain as refurbished. The styrofoam inside turned out to be fully protective, and it was brand new in this poor, battered box. What a find! At the first recruitment it turns out that the legal paper is not suitable. Read the instructions or watch the YouTube video to learn how to open and extend the tray to fit legal-size paper perfectly and close the door fully. It uses the space behind the printer compartment to allow the door to close, so you can't install it very close to the wall. I put heavier paper in this bottom tray to improve the center of gravity. I now order refurbished/used Revain products fairly frequently. Some are amazing, some are fine, and none disappoint as long as you open, test, and use them in time so you can request help or a refund if needed. So far, Revain stands behind everything, so whenever it makes sense, I try to buy from Revain.
