I have a Brothers printer that will fit in this extra box. I work independently as a notary. I need to print a large document quickly. I need to print documents across two trays. This additional drawer makes my working day easier.

I thought installing this thing would be a long and complicated process. nope Unplug the printer, install the entire printer directly onto the new tray, plug it back in, and make a small change to your computer settings. So after the tray was installed it didn't recognize that there was paper in tray 2 and therefore didn't print from tray 2. After over an hour with Brother Technical Support (in India ) they determined it was a computer glitch and were able to fix it for $200. I said no! I disassembled it and removed the software. Works perfectly so far. The price seems a little outrageous considering it's a fairly simple piece of plastic and steel, but I think in these days of unrelenting competition, people need to increase their margins somewhere to offer the lowest price. Connecting to the printer is fairly easy, but still. Some basic paper instructions would be helpful. I found a Brother YouTube video that clarified things. They have many other helpful videos for their machines.

This was an amazing refurbished product from Revain. While still expensive for what it costs, it turned out to be brand new. Apparently the box was quite damaged when it got to the last buyer so it was sent back quickly. It was then sold to Revain as refurbished.
