So after the tray was installed it didn't recognize that there was paper in tray 2 and therefore didn't print from tray 2. After over an hour with Brother Technical Support (in India ) they determined it was a computer glitch and were able to fix it for $200. I said no! I disassembled it and removed the software. Make sure that the machine is disconnected from the mains. I reinstalled tray 2, turned it on and reinstalled the software. To download the drivers you need a password on the back of the device. Brother Technical Support gets an A for being stupid, not speaking the customer's language, and trying to extort money from customers.
