Not used yet but already having problems
I bought this model because I wanted to make sure I had a silicone grip for the product and it didn't even come with a grip as promised. Can I have a handle sent to me? Also, the cast iron skillet looks smoother and more even in the photos, but the skillet that arrived looks like it was unevenly seasoned, damaged or something. Is this normal and what did everyone else's pans look like when they arrived? The photos and videos of this product that I have seen say otherwise.
