Good product. Here are a few things to know before you buy: My biggest concern was when I received this. whether the connection between the feed and the extension will be strong. The connection is very strong and I'm not worried about how it will work in the future. The tip of this thing is pretty thin. So far it hasn't caught on the cord at all, but I've seen it. Easy to fix with sandpaper if that bothers you. Although this isn't really a problem; I plan on leaving mine the way it is. The hole on the back of this thing is very narrow for paracord. This works great, but you need to make sure you melt the end of the paracord gently and don't let anything go beyond the diameter of the cord. Even a slight taper made from melted paracord would work well. It's definitely not short, just be careful when shaping the ends. Plus it works, looks good and feels good. It's a more comfortable weight than a lot of aluminum, I find, and the lack of cheap anodizing means there aren't any bare spots later. I would definitely buy again; buy with confidence.
