So at first I thought that was too much. Battery life was initially lousy and under load the tool fell flat on my face which was disappointing as our shop uses several other ZIP branded products alongside our RUPES. About a day later, spent in utter disappointment, everything suddenly seemed to work. We get about an hour of battery life with this tool during our color grading sessions, and I really like it. As a certified ceramic installer, I need a tool without compromise and this polisher is perfect for me. I use non-included pads for finishing and correction work, which is perfectly acceptable at this level in the industry. So I'm going to buy a second one at this price. After curing the battery, there are 0 complaints about the product. The charging setup is a bit lame, but it works.
