Good design, poor software

Screen looks clean on my truck but software doesn't work as i expected, Navigation system is out dated and tried using my hotspot for google maps and it would freeze my screen. Installation diagram is not accurate and had to uninstall one of the cables that signals temp and open doors on my radio because was causing a winning noise on my rear speaker. Other than that screen is alright but for $260 i would expect i little more advanced radio.
