I like the backpack. The charging port seems a bit loose, you need to fix it from time to time, but it's not a serious problem. The bag is very stylish. I would not recommend it to people who travel and need a lot of space or pockets. It's more like that mostly for students. It can hold about 3 medium sized textbooks and has a slot for a small/medium sized laptop or iPad inside. The side pockets are not as deep as the zippered bottom (the zippered bottom can hold lip balm or a few pencils/pens. I would recommend this bag for high school students, not college unless you have a heavy travel load. Battery not included. You must have one buy separate.This bag only comes with an external battery connector and an external connector for external charging of devices outside the backpack is studying in high school, it will suit her.Happy shopping!
