Yummy, worth the money. I was looking for an inexpensive supplement, I know it's not a supplement, but after researching several shakes and their ingredients versus SAWP I came to the conclusion that the only difference is more fiber and vitamins. and about double the price, slightly more so I bought it adding 1 teaspoon of sugar free orange flavored Metamucil (and my standard formula 1/2 banana, 3-4 frozen peach slices, mostly water, some aloe juice, 1/2 scoop SAP and Blendium!) and take LIVE vitamins throughout the day. I've recently (literally yesterday) started adding green superfoods for added nutritional value. I've never drunk this protein on its own just with water so can't judge the taste, can't imagine drinking protein without giving it a little boost, but it's great as a shake companion.
