Dropped once whole back screen shattered

I've been wearing this case for a few months now and it fell once my screen broke. I go to a phone repair shop and find out the whole back of my phone is cracked so I need a brand new phone which will cost me $200. It's crazy your case didn't protect my phone and now I have to pay $200 for a new one. If there is anything you can do - I would appreciate it. I am very dissatisfied with your product.
