I love how easy it is to use for my team of sales people who are responsible for prospecting new leads into our business every day.

It's helped us reach more prospects in less time than before using other lead generation tools we've used over the years. Some features aren't as robust or intuitive compared with others out there but overall this product has been very helpful since going live last month. As an internal tool within Salesforce so far all feedback from users have come directly back at me via email which makes life easier when trying solve issues/questions etc during development stage versus having them post their question publicly somewhere else.
