Restart works great and I give it 5 stars! I have read many of the reviews posted and if you use the Dura-Coating Tire Kit that comes with the cleaner and bandage properly and follow the application instructions your tires will have a nice clean shine. Some of you initially refuse to use the kit and that is why the product does not work properly for you. The restart is intended for the permanent maintenance of a set of tires. Reloading isn't intended unless you've used a set of Dura-Coating tires first.
