I like that the AI is able to understand the user's tone and respond accordingly. It's a great way to connect with customers and make a human connection. I also like that the AI is able to understand the user's intent and respond accordingly. I don't like that the AI can sometimes be a little too chatty. I'd like it to be more efficient and less chatty. I'm using the AI to help us connect with our customers. I'm able to have a conversation with the AI and have it respond to me in a way that I understand. I'm able to connect with our customers in a more human way.
