Conversational Platform That Works Just Like A Real Human
I like that the AI is able to understand the user's tone and respond accordingly. It's a great way to connect with customers and make a human connection. I also like that the AI is able to understand the user's intent and respond accordingly. I don't like that the AI can sometimes be a little too chatty. I'd like it to be more efficient and less chatty. I'm using the AI to help us connect with our customers. I'm able to have a conversation with the AI and have it respond to me in a way that I understand. I'm able to connect with our customers in a more human way.

Pros
- The ability for people who are non native speakers (like myself) or even those native speaking English as their second language, but not perfect at grammar/sentence structure etc., has an easier time connecting through this platform by having someone else do some edits if necessary before publishing content so we're all clear about what was said when sharing posts online via social media platforms such as
