I really like makeup so I have a lot of it. I got tired of splitting my makeup, foundations and brushes into several small holdalls so I invested in these and have never looked back since! It has a lot of space, both in small pouches or cases for brushes, or just floating freely in it. It opens from two sides, one of which contains tassels and lies flat. It has a clear plastic cover that fits over the brush heads to prevent food from getting on the rest of your stuff, which is great. On the other hand, there are four small mesh pouches that all in all can hold quite a large amount of product. I managed to squeeze four Tarte Travel Blushes, a can of NYX concealer, two different eye shadows and a lip balm into one. Alternatively, the Too-Faced Natural Matte Palette pairs perfectly with one of these, for a different size. When everything is locked, I put bulkier items like eyelash curlers or nail polish in the gaps between the pockets. I was afraid there would be fabric on both the inside and outside, but they are all plastic and wash off makeup easily. out! However, the outside attracts cat hair like no other. So if you have, I dunno, four cats who love to sit on your makeup like it's their throne, you might roll that up more times than you thought you'd need to. ;) It's also a nice bag overall, which I think is pretty standard for Vera Bradley.
