The item arrived very quickly. I had a clearly defective device that I emailed Sabrent about. Brian from Sabrent called me about my problems. He was an amazingly responsive person and went out of his way to not only understand what the problem with the product was but to make sure I was a happy customer. He immediately sent me a replacement device (after about 2 minutes I received his confirmation email)! Apparently I received an early production model 4-port USB 3.0 hub and Brian sent me a brand new unit that had just been manufactured. The bottom line is if you have any problems contact the company on the number they provide with the product and based on my experience with Brian you will not regret it. This is the kind of customer care and service we can all seriously hope for. Thanks again Brian and Sabrent!
