Good color palette but not saturated colors - suitable for young children
I opened this nicely packaged bowl of watercolors and found most of it had spilled onto the bowl. None broke, but I've never had one. The color scheme is very nice, so I sat down and started painting. These are definitely baby colors. First, the tortillas are so tiny that it's difficult to wave them with a brush without splashing into the surrounding colors. Second, the colors appear washed out. It was difficult to get a nice dark color. The colors blend well and it's not difficult to mix colors, but for me they're too "watery" in color.
