Exactly What You Need
I was looking for something that would cost no more than $4000 and would be compatible with most cars, mostly private cars. This unit was highly recommended to me by a friend of mine who has been a store manager and mobile mechanic for 30 years. .The device arrived well packaged and works great. It was used for me and other friends who trade. The bad, if you will: one of the thumbscrews on the cable that plugs into the device itself won't screw in. I quickly called Autel-USA and they were very helpful and immediately sent me a replacement cable which arrived two days later. And the thumbscrew problem was solved. I recommend this device without hesitation!
