Review on Arducam Pi Camera Cable: 3.28FT Long Extension Flex Ribbon Cable for Raspberry Pi – Black by Ricky Pee

NEW REVIEW - After some troubleshooting and trial and error I found that my camera module was to blame. It works with the original cable but not with the new one. After further testing, my camera module finally decided it was no longer working. This was NOT a ribbon cable error. Everything is OK. I asked for a new one and was going to return this one but thought I'd keep both. Raising t0 by 4 stars just because the long cable tends to twist. OLD REVIEW - IGNORE! That does not work. Arrived with a crease on the cord despite being perfectly twisted which seems odd. I'll do some more testing to see if I can get it to work, but so far (30 minutes of trial and error) no luck. This is very bad, it seems that most people have had good experiences with this item. After further testing it just doesn't work. I'll come back and get another one. If the new one works I'll update my review.
