I bought 2 of these rugs and they became a real nightmare! First it was with a long slit down the middle. I checked the box and the plastic wrap, none of it was cut. So it has a cutout from the factory. Second, after 10 days, the carpet was like glue on my tiles. I have a Mexican Saltillo Terra Cota tile for the last 5 years with 4 specialist sealing attorneys. I've never seen anything like footprints under rugs! As if the underside of the carpet was engraved into the tile. And it was super sticky. Both of the rugs I installed in my kitchen now have a sticky, dirty imprint of what was once the rubber underneath the rugs. Can not be deleted! I spent hours (about 5 hours but the problem is still unsolved!) trying to remove it: tried vinegar, soap, WD40 and finally petrol. A few more notes. But all the sealing is gone. Now I need to find this expensive and hard to find sealant and redo all my tiles! DO NOT BUY! This product must be withdrawn from the market! Huge scam!
