I had high hopes for this car as the Keurig was a disaster. I really feel like the positive reviews for this product only reflect how bad Keurig has gone. People really want something different than the junk that Keurig is making NOW. PROS = Makes a nice, strong cup of coffee when it's running and not as loud as many reviewers claim. CONS = 1. The size of the water storage tank is a HUGE pain in the ass. You check it constantly as it never notifies you when it's almost empty, it just starts sucking air. 2. Customer service is embarrassing! INCLUDED IMAGES. After setting up the car upon arrival, I received about 6 cups of coffee before the cup holder broke. The part on the bottom that makes a hole in the bottom now gets stuck in every K cup and needs to be replaced before a new cup is made. It's quite difficult as you don't have space and the point of the shard is insanely sharp so your next cup of coffee will have 1/4 ounce of your own blood in it. It doesn't matter as I totally understand that manufacturing defects happen, but it's how your support team handles it that makes the company what it is. Instead of simply returning the coffee maker, I emailed my problem. Their website says they will respond within 24 hours. After 3 days with no reply I kept contacting them, after 3 days nothing. So now I'm a bit annoyed but the third time I contacted them and said I would return their coffee maker if they didn't answer and now 4 days later still no answer. IT GOES BACK.
