Initial review: Just received and I love it. 22 inches is good coverage, it should protect well from splashes and sweat. Because this seat belt cover doesn't have a soft lining, it can compress a bit, allowing my seat belt to retract properly when I get out of the car. For more comfort on my shoulder I added a flat quilted seat belt pad just for the shoulder area underneath - works great! I will be ordering at least one more to use on the lap of my seat belt. One hack I could do is I could use a ruler and fabric marker to mark a guide in this case to help me line up the case when installing. If I knew how to use a sewing machine, I would sew instructions for more durability. Having just received it, I haven't soiled it enough to try to wash it, but it looks like it needs a wash. I have a mesh bag for underwear that I put them in when I wash them in the washing machine. I am assuming this is an air dry product.
