I needed to replace the strap on my Fitbit and ordered them. I have changed the straps several times and know to make sure they are secure. I always stretch each piece a little to make sure they are in place. A few hours after putting on these bracelets, I noticed that there was no Fitbit on my arm. I just left the house to get some takeaway and there is a window at this point. I've searched my house over and over again and still can't find it. Fitbit no longer tells you if you're nearby and in range. That was about four days ago. Tomorrow I will lay out about 300.00 for a replacement. Buy smart!
