Good. about everything in order. I used this on my 2002 Benz E 240 and it wasn't an exact match. The +12 vehicle memory and two other pins did not align with the slots on this harness. I had to take out the red (+12 memory) wire and put it back in a different slot to match the stock wires. To use my Sony CDX-GT500U I didn't have to worry about other misaligned pins. I connected +12 Memory and +12 Switch together and then connected them with +12 Memory wires. The ground (black) has been leveled normally. I just had to tie them together. Yes, the RCA connectors had to be cut off to connect the speakers. It was easy work and I enjoyed doing it. I cut off the RCA connectors and used crimp caps for the wire connections and it made my work look very neat and professional. The color codes for this wire harness are exactly the same as the speaker layout in my car. The overall quality of this product is good. I would recommend it.
