I like that it's easy to carry, set up and use. I keep it in my van and it's used daily on 20-110 lb boxes. It's not very accurate, but it will help you lift plus or minus 1-2 pounds. As with most portable scales, whenever you make changes to the item being weighed, turn it off and on again to weigh again. I've used many brands and types and this is a general rule of thumb. I will say that the cord is delicate. This means that if there is anything on the line (any push), the weight will change. I haven't tried any of the calibration methods they offer as I always weigh what was already on the scale so I have a very close number to check. I can't say anything about the calibration. Neat product.
