I really like this bottle although it can be heavy for some people. I see that a person with arthritis can have a hard time with their weight. However, I like that it is important. I also like the sleeve because it keeps the water bottle from sweating and leaving no marks on the surface it sits on and helps keep my drink cold. I used to have glass water bottles with rubber on the outside for protection and I still sweat a lot. I also found that the lid closes very well and the loops on the sleeve and lid are secure to hold on to. I'm not using the metering feature to help you keep track of your water intake, but I imagine it would be very helpful to someone.
