I liked that it was very easy for me as an individual user, but also had powerful functionality behind its robust software/platform itself! It's not cheap compared with other options out there like Asana or Slack etc., so sometimes this makes things challenging when you need some features (ease-of use) now more than ever because budgets are tight across many organizations in my organization - we're all working harder & longer hours these days vs past years where people tended towards less efficient workflows / processes due mainly be lack off sufficient time available during nonworking times such have lunch breaks away form desks; The ease with which we can create our own rules for assigning work, as well as tracking them through multiple projects or clients. Also, being able to link up directly with other team members who are remote without having to use email would be great! I don't have any dislikes about this tool so far, but if you're looking into it just make sure that your team's needs align with what they offer. Being able to track tasks across many different projects/clients in one place has been extremely useful.
