This lamp is very bright! In my accompanying video you can see that it has a much more powerful light compared to my normal light, although it is more focused. The brightness allows you to clearly see what's in your path such as rocks, branches, cracks, potholes and the like. I was impressed as I could see compared to my old one. While my old one has a wider beam, the strength of this light meant I only saw things when they were relatively close to my bike. This headlamp with a stronger beam allows me to see my father, which is useful when driving at night. Definitely recommended!
