Review on 🚲 Oumers Bicycle Police Sound Light: LED Horn Bell & Trumpet, Waterproof Safety Light by Tyrone Lyons

First measure the diameter of the handlebar (where you will be installing it).

NO volume control that suits me perfectly. My biggest problem was installing it on a kids bike with 16 inch wheels. Standard size handlebar (about 1 inch outside diameter). The clip holding the light/siren is TOO SMALL to fit around (the mounting screw is not "tightened" properly because the bracket is stretched beyond its diameter). So to install this thing I had to use the frontend. the reflector mount/plate that came with the bike, remove the reflector from it (no big deal, we have LEDs for night riding), drill out the reflector mount plate to hold the horn/headlight part. I had to cut the original siren bracket in two, discard the round section and join the two smaller sections around the new bracket. If I could use the actual mounting assembly that came with the siren/lantern part, it would be too "narrow" (in terms of clearance) to the neck/stem and would get in the way of the brake cables (see image). The bracket that holds the buttons (to hear the siren) barely fits on the other side of the stem just because the diameter narrows a bit. **Despite the extra work, if it makes my child smile, it was worth it. ** I see a lot of comments saying "It's too loud and you can't control the volume. OR There are no instructions. OR I can't put the batteries in correctly OR they're cheaply made OR they're shorted. Rain. "Parents, this is a SIREN, not a mouse fart machine; it was made to be heard. No instructions? There are two mounts, install them, check the battery and you're done. Are batteries difficult to replace? Remove white central stripe, remove old batteries, insert new batteries, put on cover. Made cheap? You just paid less than $20 to put a smile on your kid's face; It's money well spent (what did you expect? Industrial quality?). Trapped in the rain? Yes, that's what happens to the electronics when water gets in; this is not a new phenomenon.
