Doesn't work well if you have a belly too
It will flatten your chest a bit, it's kind of a pain to put on or take off. The worst part is if you have a big belly, the bottom part of this thing will roll up and bunch up. I'm not sure if it's a size issue or not, it's comfortable for the chest but not comfortable for the belly.
