After reading some reviews and doing some research I decided to buy these amino acids. I train 3-4 times a week, some days harder than others. I read a question someone asked about taking it with a protein shake. (Check it out after reading) So I thought let's give it a try and skip the protein shake and just consume the BCAA pills as suggested. I tested it for 3 weeks, muscle size stayed the same, recovery was less than I expected, I felt tired like I was pulling at the end of my workout. Oh, did I mention I felt a little less sore after my workout? But that's exactly what BCAAs are supposed to do. let's stop there Very dissatisfied, and we don't talk about the price.
