I have trouble with food getting stuck between my teeth. Of course dental floss can handle it, but I find them a lot easier to use and I also think they work more thoroughly. I even carry a pack in my wallet and try to use it after every meal. I find that these thinner ones fit my teeth better. They aren't as strong as thicker ones, but I don't see that as a problem. Good product. Update December 2012: During my 6 month brushing the hygienist commented on how great my teeth looked. I have not flossed at all since the last time I brushed my teeth, but I have used this product regularly. It's a lot easier than dental floss and apparently just as effective.
