I like how easy it is for me as an engineer or technician with limited knowledge in computer languages to create my own custom modules using Java Scripts which are automatically uploaded into our system when changes occur. This software also has great customer service available 24 hours 7 days per week if needed via phone call only. Sometimes we have issues uploading certain files from other programs such as MS Office. It's not always fixed by just reloading but sometimes requires restarting their entire server causing downtime even though they do offer free support during this time period so no problems there!
