Compact, inexpensive paper cutter, works best with fewer sheets of paper
I chose this paper because of the Swingline brand. It works quite well without taking up too much space when not in use. Two cons however and the only reason I am rating less than 5 stars. First, it does not have a guide wire to align the cuts to the side edges. I solved this problem by making small cuts around the edge first, but that may not work depending on what you're trying to cut. Second, sometimes it can get stuck on the paper, especially when you try to cut multiple sheets at once. I haven't encountered this problem with a single sheet, but it was more common when trying to cut three or more sheets at once.
