Review on Collectec by Paul Hyde

I like that they have an online portal where you can manage your orders, inventory control is easy to use with multiple methods of inputting stock levels (excel file uploads through email or QR codes). The only downside i see at this time is their lack of availability for third party integration such as Shopify which would make it easier to integrate into our own ecommerce platform. We are able to keep track of all customer interactions including order status in one place so we don't need 3 different systems/apps open up when managing these tasks separately before using Collectec's system.
