The old broken mirror was harder to remove. They just used a flat head and a couple of caterpillars as a hammer to knock off some of the old glass. Cleaned the movable inner surface of the mounting pad with Windex. There was no degreaser, but no big deal. Wanted to get rid of the glue. Three of the mirror's four mounting hooks are attached, the fourth required some tools and a screwdriver to hook it on. Appears to be plastic but that doesn't matter as it's less likely to break.
