Coffee container is included in size, quite a decent size. looks like the size they say it is in no way misleading. Looks good and for the price you can't beat it. The world of artificial plants lacks variety for people who think their aquatic friends deserve more than neon-spiky, hardy plants, which is just awesome. Great as a focal point in a smaller aquarium and also great as an accent in any larger aquarium. This is great for Bettas as they have soft leaves to rest on and their favorite activity is swimming between and through plant mazes and this is perfect for that. as well as a way to hide, sleep, hunt, explore, and even bugs aren't that bad. it has notches, but it's a very soft plastic. I've included a photo of me bending the excess plastic so you can see that even if you can't get everything, the material itself isn't a problem. there is also silicone coming out of the root, but that's just unsightly and probably not very noticeable after careful pruning in the aquarium. and I mean be careful because there is metal in the legs to allow them to be bent. thanks to the plastic cover and silicone sealing of the ends, this shouldn't cause any problems. it didn't smell at all, it was well packaged and with a warm bath the leaves come off and go fine! At the moment, as the owner of 5 Bettas, all in 10-30 gallon tanks, both male and female, I can honestly say I will be buying many more of these. I actually bought this for my winter aquariums with baby koi butterflies who are koi so they will just love hiding behind or under and away from anyone who wants to enjoy them.
