I haven't read other reviews to make sure it's not for lifting the navigator - and this is the vacuum I have. I was very disappointed because the quality is good and the design is AMAZING! So I started a return and started looking for something similar. However, when I didn't find what I was looking for, I tweaked it by wrapping a piece of paper towel around the end and taped it shut. Yes, it's weird, but it worked. I love this thing! I can vacuum walls without worrying that they will leave marks. And I can vacuum over ledges and fans I couldn't reach before. As another user suggested, don't press too hard or it will tip over. I'm glad I kept it!
