This thing is a beast. I mostly installed it while underwater after realizing the previous one in my bypass room had failed. This thing emptied the entire crawl space in less than 30 minutes. Remember that outside there was standing water about 3 inches above the level of the swamp. I found that part of the drain pipe was not secured and the connectors were forcefully ripped off, but that's not the pumps fault. Despite all the rain we've had in TN, the ground has been bone dry since installing this unit. Highly recommended.
